I could still remember that moment when I was first introduced to vibrational level of human beings. And since then I have been searching for the ways to escalate my vibration. But what does it mean by upgrading your vibration? I will tell you what it is and how to upgrade it. First of all, what are we? We are all energy beings and everything around us is energy. The word “Vibration” refers to the energetic state. You, me, water, air, the couch you are sitting on, the laptop in your lap are made up by energy. Not only the living and non-living things but also the environment around us. But it doesn’t finish here. Another interesting thing is that everything and everyone is releasing a different energy level. And this level keeps changing from time to time. For instance, when we are stressed out, we are releasing low vibrations and we can actually feel that. We feel powerless and down. On the other hand, when we are being optimistic, we release better vibrations that affect our surroundings also. We feel powerful and courageous to change the things with our will power. We are at highest state of vibration when we are very happy, grateful and peaceful at mind. You feel very light and full of high energy. In fact, you feel at the top of the world! So if you want to vibrate at your highest you have to upgrade your vibrational state.
Once you have upgraded your vibrational state, you can actually feel the difference. You may notice a sudden change/shift in your point of view, body language, way of talking and expression of thoughts. For example, when you go to a church or temple you find yourself calmer and peaceful due to the high level of vibrations present there. But when you are in a pub or at a place where all the low vibrations gather, you start having headaches, feel anxious and down afterwards. Also after eating high vibrational foods such as raw vegetables and fruits, you feel lighter and up. But after eating junk food or heavy meal, you often feel lazy and down. The difference may be subtle but it is always there. It’s all about the vibration in the food which affects us directly by affecting our vibrational level. Don’t be sad if you feel you have low vibration, because where there is a will, there is a way. Also, it’s better late than never. You can always upgrade your vibrational state.
Every human being wants peace of mind and that is possible by upgrading your energetic state to higher vibrations. I’m sharing a few ways that may help you in relaxing your body and soul, clearer vision, peace at heart, happy mood and surroundings and upgrading your vibration. It will definitely feel really good to vibrate higher and change your life for the better!
Practice Law of Attraction
I’m sure every one of you is familiar with the Law of Attraction. Yes, it will raise your vibration. In simple words, this law gives us the idea that thoughts become things. Buddha said, “What we think, we become”. Your vibration is the energy you are putting out into the universe (could be positive or negative). High vibrational positive energy attracts the things you want, while low vibrational, negative energy attracts the things you don’t want. So be positive and optimistic and practice Law of Attraction.
Make Meditation Part of Your Routine
That’s true. Meditation is the best way to upraise your vibration. Don’t take meditation as something you have to do instead make it a part of routine and meditate same as you eat, breath and walk. Actually, meditation is food of soul just like sleep is food of body. We can’t function properly unless we sleep well. That’s why, we all try to take adequate sleep because it is required for body to work properly. But what about our soul? Are we doing anything for our soul? During meditation we absorb the cosmic energy which raises our vibration.
Stop Interfering in Matters of Others
Oh yeah! Upraise your vibration by avoiding gossiping about things that don’t serve you on your life purpose. Start reading good books and informative material instead wasting time on talking behind someone’s back or interfering in their lives. Understand the fact that everyone has their own life. Their life-their journey- their way of living. Why do we need to take unnecessary headache due to them? Stay focused on your journey and let them live their life their own way, which will result in upraising your vibration.
Be Appreciative
Start being appreciative. Appreciate the family you have, your friends, all the material items, the food in your plate and the body you have which is serving as a temple to your soul to fasten the enlightenment process. Take a moment right now while reading this. Stop for a bit and be thankful for everything you have and really mean it. No no, wait, don’t stop here, make it a constant habit and you will have more things to be thankful for. Appreciation will always help you in upgrading your vibration.
Be Kind from Your Heart
Kindness always lifts you up. When you do something for someone, that brings a smile to your lips and you feel really good. So be kind to everyone around you and ask them for help if they need. Give something to someone that he needs the most but don’t help with the intention to get something in return or blessings from them. That kind of help is never help, that’s selfishness and it lowers your vibration down. So be humble and kind to universe.
Do Yoga. Stay Active
Yoga has the power to change your perception. You change for the better. You start having a positive outlook on life as the way you see the things change. Also it keeps you active, stronger, heathier, faster and more determined.
Be Conscious of Your Vibrational Level
Be aware of your current vibration. Right now check in this present moment how are you feeling? Are you feeling good? Are you feeling down? If you are not feeling good, check it and change it. Because you, ONLY you have the power to change your vibrational level.
Treat Everyone as a Soul, Not as a Relationship
When you start treating everyone as a soul on the same journey as yours, you feel light. You take off the burden of relationships. They are your loved ones and always will be. On the same time, if you treat them as fellow souls you would be able to ease this spiritual journey as all the disappointments and pain will no longer hurt you anymore. Also, you will notice warmth in relationships.
Be Limitless Source of Love
Love everyone with no exceptions. Be lovable energetic being. Also, most importantly love unconditionally. Send love vibes to your loved ones and all the universe including your enemies. This will boost up your vibrational level.
Do What Make Your Soul Dance inside Your Body
Every soul on this earth plane has a specific purpose to be accomplished. But when we land here, we forget everything but our guardian angels and spirit guides keep us motivated and we always have an urge to do something. Keep that urge alive and work on that. Don’t ignore that urge. That might be what you have decided to do before reincarnating on this earth. This always escalates your vibration.
Take Hindrances as Karma Cleansing
Hindrances are always there while you are really focused on your spiritual journey. Sometimes we have hindrances from family side or sometimes outside. Don’t be sad, approach these hurdles positively by treating as karma cleansing. Because if you are incarnated on earth plane, one thing is sure that you have pending karma to be cleared. So stays focused on your journey and treat them as helpers to pay off all your pending karma. This will make you positive and raise your vibration.
Work with Angels
Angels were always there and always will be. So if you need any assistance from them. Simply ASK, ASK, ASK! Don’t be scared or start being judgemental. Until you won’t ask, they won’t be able to help you because of Law of free will. Spend time with them and talk to them during meditation. They will help you raising your vibration.
Seek Help from Crystals
Crystals are great healers. Their metaphysical properties enhance your intuition and overall energy. When you start working with them, you tend to align your energies with them which make it easier for you to raise your vibration. You may take help from crystals. Choose any crystal you feel the most drawn to and start working or meditate with it. You will notice a change in your energy field soon.
Practice Reiki
Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. When you practice Reiki on yourself, you align your chakras and take off all the negative energies stored in your energy centres and energy field. This uplifts your vibrational field and you start feeling lighter, calmer, relaxed and peaceful.
Control Your Mind Instead Letting Mind Control You
Mind is considered to be the fastest thing in this world. You can be anywhere anytime. You are just one thought away from where you want to go. We are usually controlled by mind so badly that we begin feeling very tired and start having headaches. So, train yourself to control your mind than letting it control you.
Use Check and Change Policy
Check your thoughts very often. Its not easy to maintain a positive approach of life all of a sudden. But you can always check your thoughts. And change them when you feel you are thinking negative. I love this “Check & Change” rule. The moment you check and change your thoughts, you say stop to all low energies that were ready to bring you down.
Eat High Vibrational Food and Drink Lots of Water
Once you start having food that releases high vibrations, you notice a sudden shift in your thoughts and behaviour. You feel less anger, less anxiety and less negative emotions. Why? Because the vibration present in food is boosting up your vibration and you feel lighter. Also drinking lots of water purifies your body and soul.
Walk Barefoot on Grass
Walking barefoot doesn’t only have the medicinal benefits but also spiritual ones. Walking barefoot on grass connects your energy to mother earth and absorbs all the negativities under your energy field and leaves your aura cleaner and healthier. Also it is a natural way to heal yourself and raise your vibration.
