Energy Transmutation

This topic is sometimes not communicated by the teacher to the students. This technique must be taught to every student who has got the second-degree attunement. After the second attunement in Reiki, the chakras become very active. Even further, after the 21-day cleaning process, energy in the lower chakras is got much activated. Due to Reiki energy and activation of all the chakras, sometimes the kundalini is also moved a bit or lack of the proper grounding, a student feels a lot of energy in the Hara chakra. It is called as an infinite sea of energy, the center of ether body and a seat of enlightenment. This may cause the pain in the lower back or feeling of getting more physical pleasures. That energy should be either used for the material pleasure with a partner or to be diverted in a useful way to balance it.

When you are born for the first time, your umbilical cord cut to close your physical body from the outside and the skin heals and forms a belly button, but your etheric body closed from within by this process. This way, your connection was cut from Hara which is gateway for the planets’ etheric energy. The energy is buried deeper inside. Some people call it kundalini. Well, we don’t want to go in deep in this thing, but when we activate this by Reiki energy, many of us have lower back pain and excessive sexual desires. Most spiritual people usually convert this energy to activate Third Eye chakra by diverting the flow of the energy. This way the person can use this energy for lucid dreaming, powerful intuition and clear vision. That also helps to make more powerful intentions and work on them in future. If this excess energy stays in Hara chakra, it makes the person more materialistic and pain in the lower back region.

How can we balance this energy? Well, here is the simple technique taught by my master after my attunement. This is highly required to teach by all the masters after the second attunement.

• You need to sleep on the ground. You can do this technique anywhere. Just make sure your whole body is touching the ground.
• Put your legs apart and fold them at knees and make sure your knees touch each other, but your feet stay apart.
• Put your hands beside your body without folding in such a way that palm faces the sky.
• Close your eyes.
• Take 12 deep breathes and think that between your ears and inside your head, there is a tennis size ball which is half black and half white (like yin and yang).
• Take 12 deep breathes and think that all of your sex organs became dark blue color, the color we use for the Third Eye chakra.
• Take another 12 deep breathes and think that all this color is going up and your tennis ball became dark blue color.
• Stay in this condition for 10 minutes and continue deep breathing.
• Thank your spiritual guides and tell them to help you for using this energy for higher purposes such as powerful intuition, lucid dreaming, clear vision, creative thinking etc.

This is very important meditation for all who are practicing Reiki regularly after second attunement. This will balance your energy and directs you to the spiritual pathway. This also opens new doors towards the intuition and helps you remember all your dreams. You will have more powerful Third Eye chakra and helps you to open Third Eye chakra. Also, activates your pineal gland for the higher purpose.
